Overseas registrants please be aware that Australian visa requirements for certain countries may be strict. If you need a visa to enter Australia for the conference we advise that prior to registration you either obtain a visa or satisfy yourself that you are eligible to obtain a visa. The University provides a receipt and letter of confirmation of registration but does not provide assistance with visa applications.

We are not able to offer financial or other support (including letters of invitation) to attend the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations received in writing by 1 August 2019 will be accepted and fees refunded less a $40 administration fee. Substitute participants welcome.
All changes and cancellations must be notified in writing to aspc@unsw.edu.au
