Prior to presenting

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session with your slides on a USB memory stick so they can be loaded in advance
• Please introduce yourself to the session chair before the session and discuss how you would like to be introduced 
• If you are running late or have trouble finding the venue please call 02 9385 7800 or 0403 582 948

During your presentation

• Each presenter will have 15 minutes to present their paper, followed by 5 minutes for questions
• You will be given 5 minute and 1 minute warnings and a stop sign will be raised after 15 minutes (please stop your presentation when the stop sign is raised)
